As a US-based company (Bigbroz LLC) designing our own sneaker line, we utilize a centralized fulfillment center in Hong Kong to manage manufacturing logistics and offer competitive pricing on our unique products.

Order Processing Time

After you place an order and receive your confirmation email, please allow 1-3 Business Days for us to process, verify, and prepare your Bigbroz order for shipment. This excludes weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

You will receive another notification email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Origin and Methods

All orders for our Bigbroz brand are shipped directly from our central fulfillment center located in Hong Kong. This strategic location allows us to manage production logistics effectively and offer better value on our original designs to you worldwide.

We primarily use Standard International Shipping. Carriers may include reputable international services and their local delivery partners (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL for final delivery in the US), depending on the destination country and specific logistics arrangements.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, worldwide.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of shipping, not the date of order placement. Please factor in the processing time mentioned above.

  • To the United States: Approximately 9-12 Business Days after shipment.
  • To International Destinations: Delivery times vary. Typical estimates range from 14 to 17 business days post-shipment, but more specific estimates (if available) will be provided during checkout.

Total Estimated Delivery Time (Processing + Shipping) for US orders is typically 10-15 Business Days.

Potential Delays: Please understand that international shipping from our Hong Kong hub can be subject to delays beyond our control, including customs clearance procedures, carrier disruptions, weather events, or local holidays. Our fulfillment model allows us to offer competitive pricing on our Bigbroz brand, and we thank you for your understanding should delays occur.

Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes / APO/FPO: We currently cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses, particularly for US destinations. Please provide a valid physical street address.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensuring your shipping address is complete and correct is crucial. Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not liable for lost or returned orders due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Taxes, Duties, and Fees

For orders shipped to the United States: The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay to Bigbroz. We manage applicable taxes and import duties associated with your order shipping from our Hong Kong facility. You will not be responsible for additional customs fees or taxes upon delivery in the US.

For orders shipped to International Destinations (outside the US): While we offer free shipping, the price displayed does *not* include potential import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country's authorities upon arrival. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on potential charges before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your Bigbroz order ships from our Hong Kong facility, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier's website or our Shipment Tracking page. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the email.

Damaged Items During Transit

We carefully pack every Bigbroz order. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@bigbrozz.com or call +1 (415) 938-9366. Include your order number and photos of the damage (item and packaging). We will work with you to find a solution, such as a replacement or refund. See our Refund and Returns Policy for details.

Lost or Stolen Packages (Post-Delivery)

Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided, Bigbroz is no longer liable for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows 'Delivered' but you haven't received it, please check around your property, with neighbors, or building management. If it's still missing, contact the shipping carrier directly to report the issue and potentially file a claim.
